Having traveled now to both Isfahan and Shiraz, the standout experience I have taken from Iran has been the people, and especially the staff at Grand Shiraz Hotel. From the first moment, and every instance of walking through the lobby or for when needing assistance, every worker consistently greeted me with the most welcoming smile and enthusiasm. I had a few issues with my entry into the country and access to cash, and they made it their mission to assist me. Enormous shoutout to the charismatic and knowledgeable Farhad who stuck by me in my stressful time of need to make sure that everything gets fixed

Stayed at grand hotel of shiraz for 4 days in August 2020 in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic. Shiraz grand hotel is a real 5 star hotel with very friendly staff. It had Several restaurants with great variety and reasonable prices. My room had a beautiful view of the city

Mountain view was interesting. Stuff were very friendly and helpful. Internet speed was low. Live music at lobby made me relax. Every thing looks organized.

We stayed at Dad hotel for two nights and the hotel itself was brilliant with an old atmosphere and abundance of character. But they gave is rooms overlooking the street ... too noisy! So, make sure to book the right rooms around the courtyard. The courtyard setting is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable. The restaurant served nice food and waiters were friendly. However I found the reception staff unhelpful rude and arrogant. Which put a downer on our stay.

Located in the middle of Yazd bazaar , this historical mansion of city's famous trader is up to 3 centuries (some say) We stayed 2 nights at Malek o Tojar hotel and loved it! It took us to good old days and you get a sense of nostalgia. Our room was number 430 , an old decorated room , biggest room and it is a work of art indeed. Don't miss staying in this room at least for one night!
