It’s located about 5 km outside of the city center in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing to do or see around the hotel. Rooms are spread over a beautiful garden with water streams and little fountains. There are two restaurants and a coffee shop. A good Breakfast is served in the coffee shop. Rooms are modern, specious, air conditioned and well furnished. I recommend to get a room in the ground floor at the end of the garden to avoid steps up and down and also the noise. Staff is friendly but communication in English may be not that smooth.There was a hotel buffet but we couldn’t get proper information from the staff. So we decided to take a taxi to the city center and had a delicious dinner in Marco Polo restaurant in the rooftop of orient hotel. Even though the room service menu is more western and limited, but tasty. We got twice the room service, beef pizza, Cesar salad, mushroom soup and smoothies - all were good and reasonably priced. Wifi was good and worked perfectly. It’s a good hotel to take a good rest for few days

Great location! Close to all main attractions, shops, groceries, supermarkets, bookstores. 20 minute walk to Imam Square. Rooms are sizable and very beautiful. Ours overlooked the lovely garden, but my travel mates stayed in a room overlooking the street. It was very hard to sleep. Do not book unless you can get a garden view room, otherwise, just go for a nice meal and fun in the heavenly garden ... you’ll want to spend half a day just exploring it! restaurant food and atmosphere were AMAZING! The hotel itself is a piece of art. Would definitely recommend!

This is a nice and well located hotel in the new part of Shiraz (far from the city centre). Everything works in here, clean, quite, comfortable, modern, good international cuisine and very helpful staff. Very fast internet working at all times, even in the room. Great breakfast buffet with lots of options. In case you don't mind the back and forth between major attractions and the hotel (which, in Iran, takes a lot of time given that traffic is horrible), this is a great place to stay in Shiraz

I stayed at Esteghlal Parsian in the west tower which has not yet been refurbished but it was an elegant grand room that I loved. The rooms are quite old-fashioned but the design is fantastic and the view of the city is breathtaking, both at night and during the day. There is a number of restaurants and cafes around the hotel, so you have a range of choices when it comes to dining. Good access to the north of the city and much better air quality than anywhere closer to downtown.

I think its the best hotel especially to visit international exhibition center. It is just 15 minutes away by walk. I stayed twice, in 2018 and 2021. it was about 50 euros per night. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is delicious. there are plenty of local tastes. for the next, it will be my choice again.
