Recently converted into a boutique hotel, Pahlavan Razaz Mansion originally belonged to a Bastani Sport champion of of the Qajar and Pahlavi periods. After more than a century, the house of champion Razaz was restored  by a tourism activist and investor. After the restoration operation, the traditional residence of Pahlavan Razaz started working in December 2017. Pahlavan Razaz Boutique Hotel is one of the traditional boutique hotels that are located in the heart of Tehran.

With a total area of 1,300 square meters, Pahlevan Razaz Boutique Hotel  has 20 rooms and suites with capacity of 46 people. The dining hall and the kitchen of the building are located in the basement of the building. The roof of the hotel offers a triple room in addition to a cozy rooftop garden.

In the hotel grounds, Iranian sanitary facilities are provided for the use of tourists. In a corner of the northern basement, there is a small museum where traditional and old tools and appliances are displayed. There is also a room with original furniture.

Shemshak Hotel – Shemshak 

At the beginning of the Pahlavi period in the 1930s, the city of Shamshak and its surroundings was a coal mine zone, and mining was entrusted to the Germans who also built an electricity plant and dormitory buildings for mining engineers.
Three decades later, the mines were closed and it was decided to build a “ski resort” in Shemshak, as well as a hotel to accommodate guests. in 1965, the German company “Thunberg” built a hotel on top of the original electricity plant structure in 4 floors. The hotel was active until the 2000s but it was closed down due to exhaustion.

In 2015, the private sector succeeded in renovating the hotel. After two and a half years of executive renovation and building operations, the dormitory building was converted into a restaurant, and in 2018, the Shemshak Hotel started to re-operate under the title of the first “Boutique Hotel of Iran”. Walls, doors, windows, wooden ceiling, wall lights and many hotel accessories have been carefully restored to their original form.
